My favorite television game show is one that has been around since March of this year. Minute to Win It is a great NBC game show that is hosted by Guy Fieri. This television show has an American and Australian version, but I've only ever seen the American version. I plan to check teh listings at www.directstartv.com to find out if the Australian version airs. The cast of this show varies depending on who was selected. You don't ever have to worry about seeing people who are already obviously famous on here! There a dozens of different types of challenges in this game show. My personal favorites are The Egg Dance, Hanky Panky, and Chocolate Unicorn. In Chocolate Unicorn the contestants have to carry two eggs on upside down plates from one platform to another, if the egg drops then the contestant loses. In Hanky Panky contestants have to pull all of the tissues inside of a tissue box out in a certain amount of time. Chocolate Unicorn is one of the best because the people competing must stack a certain number of Ding-Dongs on their forehead while in uncomfortable positions. These games may seem silly, but they are a great addition family night, and some may even be participated at home! The website offers more information about all of the games. The wonderful thing about satellite television is that no matter where you are, you can always watch this wonderful show. Some of the great prizes available range anywhere from a thousand dollars to one million dollars! |
